Who gets blamed for and/or has to handle the following unique to nonfamily roommates:1) Missing personal possessions?

Hey BP,Looking for some great websites to use to gather information on different markets, especially OOS investing...One of my personal favorites is "City-data.com", which was also suggested to me by a fellow BP investor!

I've personally sold a number of properties to VA buyers.

For example, they won't need to cover your personal belongings (furniture, clothing, etc.) because you won't be living there.A landlord policy should cost about the same as a homeowner's policy; it just changes what is covered.

He would also be exposed to liabilities related to the property, such as lawsuits or property damage claims, which could affect his personal assets.

@Nina Erlandson Personally, I have not heard of Obie Insurance.

Someone to stock supplies, an appliance repair person, heating/air conditioning repair, plumber, lawn care person, carpenter, salesman, and occasionally an electrician.

I won't have time to shop for things in person.
