But your two main issues are pricing and algorithm placement.

It looks like they use some sort of algorithm to calculate rehab based off the arv.

You can search Google for examples but asking an algorithm or strangers for a legal contract is foolish.

Their algorithm will look at a homes in your area, but it's a broad area and not easily comparable.As far as rural areas, if there is any type sports tourism (software tournaments, soccer, etc.) you might be able to play that up. 

The algorithm is way smarter and more efficient than we could ever be, so keep the top of your funnel wider and see who comes in.
