Covid came and I know the city is cash strapped, due to the Airport having slowed down.

There is also a new group starting up at the Camarillo Airport on July 24th. 

there is usually a tuesday meetup PREIA(or something like that, they email me but I rarely attend due to scheduling)  but you will likely be getting ready to go to the airport. check on meetup dot com anyway and see if something else is going on...I'm heading out of town myself or I'd give you a tour. 

Concord and that little airport and the Amazon distribution facility have got to have created some SFR buy and hold opportunities.

There are several colleges in the city and an additional benefit to you is that Richmond has a decent-sized airport if you felt the need to fly in. 

For the locals in the area that might be able to help pinpoint areas of focus here --- think if you were an established hard working professional (not CEO or independently wealthy)  working at for example -- Redstone Arsenal, NASA, Military, one of the Universities or major Hospitals, the airport, a local lawyer, dentist, fireman, police, teacher, business manager, small business owner, corporate executive, etc, etc..

Currently, I work for the TSA at the Atlantic City airport as well as personal training on the side.
