I’m at 21 years of service and have a year and a half left of commitment that I incurred when switching from helicopters to airplanes (I’m a pilot).

My name is Bruce Dailey, I just moved to Nashville, TN to work on airplanes as my primary source of income.

I've been on this road of chasing my dream of flying airplanes since I was young kid and I was recently able to accomplish that ultimate goal just a few years ago even though I've spent over a decade in the industry itself.

My philosophy is to jump off a cliff and build the airplane on the way down, and with that being said i signed up with New Western with very little knowledge of real estate but since then and even since my initial post i have learned exponentially more about what i want to do and all of your posts have been great excluding the bashing.

This would be along the lines of the annuities mentioned as well.After that,  I'd go to work on building a great long-sustaining real-estate biz along with buying an airplane or two (I'm a pilot for fun.  

In a multi tenant property it is quite common to see different tenants have (slightly) different deals, just like on an airplane there are different prices folks paid for their ticket(s) and baggage fees.

Apartments and SFHs are as different as busses and airplanes.

I've been researching airplane flying and I think I won't let the instructor know I'm taking the plane out for a spin tonight.

@Jason Monroe  anyone who has read my stuff on BP knows I am techno challenged except for piloting an airplane that I can do..

my partner in my airplane is an underground contractor who sold his business to his employee's  at 45 and he owned all the iron free and clear and leases it to the company NET NET NET for 100k a month.. plus the company makes another 3 to 5 million in pre tax earnings yearly being a contractor and he gets 25% of that..
