Hi BP! Love everything about this community, I'm really grateful to have found you guys! Truly. My name is Bruce Dailey, I just moved to Nashville, TN to work on airplanes as my primary source of income. I currently do not have a good credit score (in work) 6k in savings, no experience in real estate investing. While I'm building my credit score and increasing my savings, I would like to dig deep into getting the education for my first project! What strategy would you suggest I study first? With 10k cash, 9-5, and let's say upper 600 credit score, first time home buyer what would be the best route?
