My name is Symone' Berry I live and work in the DC area as a Software Engineer.

However, the problem for investors is really that the truly best contractors even if you wanted to work with them, simply won't work for investors, they know the drill, they know what a waste of time it is to spend the time it takes to meet them, put bids together, only for the investor to hire Hose A and Hose B because they promise you a "Berry, berry good prize!"

A "you pick berries" patch too. 

Berry lane park, Ocean lane rezoning, homes  for veterans,  The HUB development, new school and facilities being built etc.

You could also leave the black berry bushes around the perimeter as a natural fence and then spread wild flower seed and sod a small portion of the yard.

I had a garbage disposal and a guest put a pint of seeded fruit/berries down it. 

Nice lady done very well.also Geraldine Berry is working with here she is a very nice lady as well if you know her.. there are smart investors in every market.
