Does anyone know how many people can be involved in a co wholesale deal?

I am surprised that they are telling you this, especially with a co-signer on the 1st property, that must mean his credit is not that great ?

But this is a co-op, and titles are not used in this instance as far as I understand it.   

They are two college students but the mother is a co-signer.

Find wholesalers (online search, local real estate meetings, bandit signs), sign a co-wholesaling agreement which outlines the 50/50 split, locate properties that the other wholesaler can sell, put them under contract and let the wholesaler bring the buyer.

We're able to compensate for that by requiring a co-signer (no double deposits allowed in NH), but the inability to validate identity on the screening platform through questions based on credit bureau records prevented him from being able to complete the eviction and criminal history screening.

I wouldn’t accessor a co-signed who doesn’t live there (assuming this isn’t a college rental).
