How many people can be in a Co wholesale/jv deal
Does anyone know how many people can be involved in a co wholesale deal? Ex. If one wholesaler put prop under contract with seller/owner, but has no buyer. I then for instances do a co wholesale agreement with them and turn around and assign to another wholesaler who has end buyer. Is this a NO NO? Any advice on process? Thnx

Theoretically there can be an infinite number of parties involved, but it's difficult enough putting together a deal with 2 parties. The more middle men you deal with, the more complicated it would be.
