Did the venue provide the servers and staff?

Look for the County Map Server which allows you to look up an address and verify ownership.

The old BiggerPockets was a great site and it lived a very long and happy life, but the time has come to put this design down and send it to the big 'ol web server in the sky.  

I've been devouring all the information I can get my hands on lately and am extremely grateful for sites such as this one which offer so much guidance in one place.I currently work as a server at a restaurant at night and work a few odd jobs during the day doing things like landscaping, light construction, and interior painting.

You should have tons of information from their original application to provide to a process server service.

File a suit in small claims court and hire a process server to serve them the paperwork.

Not to mention the option that of attaching my business account and company credit card to their server..

I can see where they would have value for a short-term rental, like AirBnB or similar.If I thought I needed a smart lock, I'd try to get one where it's just me and the lock - no cloud servers or apps in the middle. 

It's kind of like how Netflix bans most VPNS, which prevents people overseas from watching USA Netflix via VPN.

@Jerryll NoordenThis is EXACTLY what I'm looking for... but aren't I better off just setting up a website and paying someone once of $500 with server and domain expenses of $50/max a year?
