I don’t integrate the application you mentioned as my Podio design already has everything to manage the project from repair cost review, to progress reporting and contractor bid submissions and awarding.

They normally have 30 days to approve, on day 29 they can kick it back saying that the smallest thing is wrong and then the 30 day clock starts again with the new submission. rinse and repeat
