LeadPropeller AdWord Manager

I’d like to start working on generating more website submissions on my website. I’d like to do a combined SEO and AdWords approach but for now I want to focus on AdWords. Learning it all isn’t the best use of my time and I have a LeadPropeller website so I’m considering their AdWords management package.

http://leadpropeller.com/adwords

Has anyone tried this and how was their success?
