Hi @Jesse Proett, I am an observer of mobile home investing only and by no mean a sage here, so I'll share from my limited insight into a friend of mine who owns a 16-pad MH property.You will have a tough time finding lenders for a MH park.  

In law school, I would hit the legit places for a therapeutic massage just before exams and the bar.If there's a performance default, you can still evict, but it gets awkward.

@Julian Sage Are you able to stop Airbnb from taking out the taxes so only one entity is doing it?

I've narrowed in on Mesa, AZ as my focus market, and am interested in pursuing multi-family syndication.I'd love to network with folks in the Mesa/Greater Phoenix area to get any sage advice on investing in MF/doing syndication deals in the area and to start building out my team (especially interested in starting with a strong property manager!).

@Julian Sage - We need more solid property managers in the area, so that is great to hear!

I also believe it to be sage advice to look at NOI based primarily on lot rents only and using your numbers, not the sellers.
