Hey everyone, I'm new to the forum and fairly new to the Nashville area having moved here from MS about six months ago.So a little about myself.

MS Project is pretty standard but pricey or you can download free templates for Excel from their website that are surprisingly professional and helpful.  

I work in Tennessee and know the Mississippi market as well having lived there for many years.

I work full time and doing school at night (M-S)  with two rentals. 

There are multi-billion dollar expansions of several refineries along the MS river and that is creating huge demand for housing.

if you are getting your CPA, you will need to take enough credits to get a masters anyway. you could take a bunch of simple classes just to get the credits, but i'm a strong proponent of learning something when you can. between those two, is the masters of accounting an MS, or an MBA with a concentration in accounting?
