Spring training facilities for any of the MLB teams?

I currently work in digital media with a background in branding, marketing, web development, print, and broadcast. 

Several years passed and I eventually started making good money as a rep in Broadcasting.

On another side - @Kurush Italia   I wouldn't broadcast these huge commissions, all it takes it one person to take this to the RE commission....

5:30 Wake up5:45 Use Bathroom, brush etc.6:00 Tea6:15 Read MLB, NFL, NBA, and NHL news.. in that order6:45 Turn on the TV to catch morning news7:00 Get dressed8:00 Be at work... 

You don't have to broadcast it but you don't have to be ashamed either.

I'm Just in the place to be listening to bigger pockets broadcasts who are further then me besides my own parents, learning anyway I can.

In addition to the ideas already mentioned, include Pay Day Rent, association services, broadcasting and ground leases, outdoor advertising, and joint ventures with tenants (i.e, short-term rental profit sharing).IT USED to be that doing the basics and barely breaking even was the best you could expect until your mortgage was paid off. 

It had some really good information for new investors that would have helped me a lot if it had been broadcast a few years ago!
