Hello everyone, my name is Chris Theis. I moved to the Tampa area about 7 months ago. 

I currently work in digital media with a background in branding, marketing, web development, print, and broadcast. I've been listening to the podcasts for a while and have saved up around 50k and am ready to invest it into my first buy and hold endeavor. 

Outside of work I enjoy time with my family, the beach, electronics and 3D animation.

Welcome! I too am looking to invest in Tampa so welcome to the area! You've listened to the podcast a lot so I'm sure you know how much great information is on the forum. Look around and learn a bunch! I've been stuck in he analysis paralysis stage for a long time and doing nothing but listening and reading so don't be like me! Ha ha. Get at it and good luck.
