I’ve tried driving for dollars, cold calling , as well sites such as Facebook marketplace .Any mobile investors , wholesalers or anybody in the area with strategies on getting more deals ???

I have been cold calling for months now striving for that first wholesale deal.

Ex: offer to put up their open house signs, offer to door knock for them or cold call expired/withdrawn listings.  

For wholesaling start sending mailers, cold calling, anyway you can find a deal and get it under value to sell to a flipper that will still be able to make money. 

Give something first - my example is simple - Can I cold call for you, I need to practice in this area anyways?

Or first timers get cold feet.
