If you like, you can certainly go to my site or google 7 search the internet to see what I or others (including Inside Self Storage, Self Storage Association, & other articles say about it) at least to give you a preliminary idea as to what will need to happen so you have a decent idea and can therefore build upon that foundation.I'm a big fan of "aces in their places" , so if you don't have much experience in Self Storage Management why would you want your multi-million dollar facility in the day-to-day hands of a newbie?

In that area you should get about $500 month per spot, hopefully 2 per 1/2 ace lot.

I grew up in Ventura County & live in the Conejo Valley.The market is pretty strong here so expect competition. 

I wonder if they got too many warranty claims on the zinc ones, or if they still ship faucets with zinc to meet the price point.Home Depot, Lowe's, Menards, and Ace Hardware did not stock this nut for an American Standard faucet, either as a genuine part or as a Danco generic.  

I'd follow the recommendations of the lender........Aces in their places.
