Looking for best flipper in Thousand Oaks

Hi,

I am newbie in flipping world. Due to job situation I will be moving to Thousand Oaks. Given high housing prices I am looking for an option where I can buy and flip my own house. My range is a good 3200-3500sqft old home that needs serious TLC and looking to hire professionals who will do this for me. 

Any suggestions, feedback on this strategy from this wise community?
