It was when I got laser focused on the higher risk (mostly the callable and adjustable commercial) and higher rate (older residential 6+%) loans and just punched them in the face every month that my mortgage debt and risk started dropping dramatically.

There's a lot of differences tween the types both in product and in performance and structure.For instance, with the NNN lease you really have to laser focus on the lease terms and tenant quality first and asset type/quality second.

I guess in regards to the loan required Im trying to see what calculators I should be looking at, the payments are a hair of $90,000 annually and like I said I do not even want $1 for myself until its paid off, Im doing fine right now as is but would like to buy this and pay it off as fast as possible.
