Not all brokers operate this way but I frequently experience different treatment when I approach a listing agent as a buyer as opposed to as a broker representing myself or a broker representing a 3rd party.

New vinyl "wood" plank flooring throughout, new cabinets, countertops, dishwasher, sinks and faucets, lighting fixtures, paint, window treatments, door seals... literally everything but the bathtub and stove was replaced, and it looks beautiful.

I have my first mortgage with with WF and was attracted by their one year fixed rate, but everyone I speak to at their branches or 1800 number seems completely unfamiliar with the concept of a 2-4 unit home.I know WF does HELOCs on rental properties, but I was wondering if anyone has had experience with their treatment of 2-4 unit owner occupied homes.
