I usually throw cards away when I can’t take notes and almost always forget why I saved them.You can get blank cards 10 to a sheet at Staples that come with simple instructions to call up the standard business card templates in MS Word or Apple Pages.

Firefox highlights misspellings as words are typed (similar to how MS Word works).And it's even more annoying when the post title is fouled up, because user's can't edit those once the post is made.Some others that I find annoying are when people exchange homonyms for each other; some examples:its v. it'stheir v. there v. they'reto v. too v. twohere v. hearno v. knowThat last one is the most annoying, because there isn't so much similarity at all.

So I'm currently in a situation with a Property that I've never been in before, and need some help please, in how I should go about it . proceed , as well as a Refinance Question The Scenario:So i talked to a Title Company (a Lawyer ) , and he said that I could do a Lease-to Buy/Own It would take 1 and a half years  ( TN/MS State Probate Law ) , before I could " Officialy " Pay for the Property and thus own it My Lawyer said that we could Set it up this way ( as Long as the Heir of the Property agrees to it ) .........

I just kind of chuckled sent him a private e mail with one of my closing attorney in MS that I have closed well over 400 loans with :) I know you and I were routinely buying well over 100 houses each per year in portland in those years and those were 200k plus deals. yes the good OLE days for sure
