I had a half Lab, half Irish Setter as a kid and she loved the whole world.

Formal education is not stressed by those most visible in the BiggerPockets culture.

He is a piece of crap human being...It's American culture.

I'm still not great at those things, I am after all Irish and those genes are a force to be reckoned with, but life is better with more balance in it for me now.As to my why in the morning, I get up asking myself what is my main goal or project to accomplish today. 

But, it might end up making the house look hokey, since the architecture isn't consistent.Bars on windows can be a cultural thing. 

Jay points out later he thinks this is more of a regional/cultural issue and maybe that's the fact - I dunno - but it still seems to me most people do not want to up and leave on a monthly basis and will most always stay at least a year.

What's amazing to me, is the amount of BS you have to deal with, when your properties are cheap, so many fake pay stubs, sketchy people, it's just different--  Different culture, different mentality, I'll just warn you, it won't be smooth sailing.     

She married a white guy who fortunately finds her culture and massive extended family charming lol.  

It brought out my Irish every time.  

This is the first mistake with our "must have" culture.
