I remember that the rental offers topline furniture, cleaning service, and pots/pans, even glassware.I do not know what is the difference in rental pricing though.Update on ADU: just got an email from the city reviewer, saying that my email has been forwarded to the deputy fire marshall of San Mateo city for review.

Property managers providing poor service quality would not benefit as the poor reviews and low ratings would make it hard for them to obtaining new clients.A central review and rating system would also help investors more easily compare the service quality of property managers so they can make an informed decision when deciding who to hire. 2.Develop service standard guidelines and allow single family property managers to voluntarily commit to them (opt-in).Developing high-level service standards would help provide new property managers with guidelines of what would be expected of them when entering the business.

I think we could extrapolate this for the other situation as well, if either partner expresses need to leave the partnership, they can voluntarily sell ownership at a specific discount perhaps.

I see your point i just hard  find it hard finding this info out..its like a poker tell..they arent voluntarily volunteering this info out some of them..like im struggling i need to sell..lost my job going through divorce..etc etc...if they blurt that out..they lose their position..I guess some people just tell you straight up..my wife died, im broke need to sell asap..some are more honest than others i guess and just will be straight up with you.
