I could care less if the tenants had a garden , as long as its out side and its not pot plants .

The furnished units would come with the following  a sectional couch, beds, pictures on the wall, shower curtain, rugs, dishes , pots and pans, dining room set.. etc.. 

We've put in a ton of pot lights but if you're sensitive it may not be a fit"By the time someone comes to see it they understand all the potential issues and are ready to go.

Not being able to pay your rent and voluntarily leaving like a man/woman should is one thing.

It's called an Unlawful Detainer action and you'll have to file one if she doesn't voluntarily move. 

You generally have to go through legal proceedings to officially evict someone and unless they voluntarily do not move in you can be sued if you improperly evict them. 

He will win his case but since wellfarians are a protected low life form he will not collect unless the tenant pays voluntarily. 

Are they growing pot or dealing drugs? 

After months of going back between the lawyer and the courts, I received a Summary of Judgement today, and the tenants in my rental will be removed by law enforcement if they do not voluntarily vacate in 2 weeks.I'm pretty bummed that it came this far.

They prob don't have a pot to piss in and can't afford coming after you for anything.
