My girlfriend of a few years has always wanted us to do some type of business together but always thought real estate investing was too risky cause everyone is flipping cause of TV shows (i agree with her on that aspect) and the market is saturated, so I've been doing my research and planning without her.Over the past month she has come around more, asking questions and I finally got her to read Gary Kellers "The Millionaire Real Estate Investor" and it seems as if she has caught the bug as well bombarding me with questions and scenarios and seems to genuinely share the enthusiasm and interest to learn I have had for months. At this point we are hoping to purchase our first rental sometime before the spring, just wanted to share my mini success story with you guys and gals.
