But maybe you find a woman who you feel comfortable with and that gets you into a home with a yard, etc. but also has someone else helping to offset your mortgage payment.I wish you the best!

Just saw a post on FB where a young woman wants to start a petition to have the GA Governor waive rent and mortgage payments for 2 months.  

I told the woman very straightforwardly that I couldn't approve her because I could not substantiate that there employer really existed.

Here is the scenario:The street I grew up on, a few doors down a woman recently passed away and she was very close to our family.

We now know that our duplex has separate meters for electricity, but the gas and water need to stay in our name as landlords (per the water and gas companies), and we bill those amounts back to the tenants.We have 1 single man who has 1 child who will live with him 1/2 time in the upper level, and we have 1 single woman who has 3 children will will live with her 1/2 time in the lower level.  

If this is a man and woman married couple. 

Not saying the woman recommended you is anything like that, not everyone is the same; but bad reps don't just come from thin air.

Also, cap ex is greatly reduced which lowers the risk as one of your first properties (1,2,10 warranty helps).I just spoke with a woman who has 14 properties, she bought them ALL as new construction.
