- I short refi for 'X' amount the Lender sends a 10-99 for the loss they have taken- I talk to my CPA and have them project the amount as a loss and not a gain in reality- Lender reports to the Credit Bureau about the Short Refi (which in effect is considered a Short Sale)- Credit report shows 'Short Sale' or probably, ForeClosure- Points reduce by about 60 points?

There have been occasions where a borrower has a great history with one of our loans and they initiate a credit bureau to contact us to verify and provide a mortgage history that credit bureau will add to borrower's account that will be included in scoring.The loan and payments should be included in your loan application when qualifying for other loans including traditional conventional loans.

Still kind of early, but the labor rates and materials appear to be very low.I have Office 2003 enterprise ed, and when I tried to open the bonus materials in the form of docs, xls and pdf's, I had to download the 37 MB, Microsoft Office 2007 compatibility app, in order to read them with M.S.
