Hi there!

I have heard really mixed things about home warranties. 

I just purchased a property built in the 40's, rehabbed in the last 5 years, and have been considering getting a home warranty due to the nature / details about the property.

Does anyone have a good home warranty recommendation that services the Dallas, Texas area?
