Seems everything is going to require the Pro or Plus. Cannot do anything w/o a paid account. C'mon what's up with this>>>> ??

The cost of living is incredible and everyone wants to get a piece of the pie. Now, it seems that you really cannot reply to many or do much here, without seeing the message you need a Plus or Pro account. I am really used to this, but I do not like it. I can understand the need for revenue, but is it worth it, is another thing. I came across a page that showed paid members and it was One Page. Another irritating thing is that I will get an Alert or message, and when I try to read it, it says you need a paid account. Aggravating.

C'mon guys, I bought your PDF books for some revenue Whether or not your subscription is worth $9.99 to $19.99 per month is another story, especially considering the paid member web page shows only about two dozen or so people. Active Rain is trying the same stuff. I will just have to gravitate to the free sites, who also upsell, but are still free.

EVERYONE upon EVERYONE wants that MONTHLY INCOME and it is getting to the point that is getting absolutely ridiculous. Our country is going crazy because nobody can provide a service for nothing here on the web. Again, I do understand, but I DO NOT like it.

To change topics to end this: Just got the Flipping and Estimating Rehab Costs books. I did not order the Paperbacks, just the PDF. From what I can see the estimates are seriously low for the Massachusetts area, which means that I will have to make calls and go to Home Depot and get prices to make this spreadsheet more accurate. I already started to do this for myself, last summer. Not calling the Book lousy or anything. Still kind of early, but the labor rates and materials appear to be very low.

I have Office 2003 enterprise ed, and when I tried to open the bonus materials in the form of docs, xls and pdf's, I had to download the 37 MB, Microsoft Office 2007 compatibility app, in order to read them with M.S. Office 2003. After installing the compatibility app, I then had to copy the Biggerpockets bonus apps, so I could edit them, because the original ones are "Read Only" PAIN.
