If you're willing to travel for networking, there are a number of syndication events around the country including The Real Estate Guys, RE Mentor, Michael Blank, Best Ever Conference, and on and on.I would generally recommend not telling folks how much you have to invest until you get to know them a bit.

Where I live people seem or they just want to think everything is all good, when I ask the question they stare at me like I’m the devil, example most of my friends and family work for the car companies I ask them the simple question.

Also I am buying blank checks and printing them myself with magnetic laser ink, so I can from my computer print the right check for the right entity from the right bank account without having to store many checkbooks.

My husband and are looking into purchasing a home in Happy Valley.. we are Penn Stare Alumnis and just love it there.

But if you paid them for a search, and they refused to insure the property because the title is not marketable, they should tell you why.it's kind of driving me crazy trying to fill in the blanks. please tell me more.
