Here's a story for you: I was recently invited to address the topicReal Estate Strategies for Business Ownersat a lecture hosted by Loyola University Maryland as part of a regular series of speakers.

I went to the Best Ever Conference last month, and the keynote speaker was John Chang, Vice President of research at Marcus & Millichap.  

Our next meeting is Thrusday night, August 10, 2017 (6:30 to 9:30 pm), and our guest speaker will be Cameron Dunlap. 

As part of the event, we network with other like-minded investors and host speakers who talk about topics related to real estate investment.

We always bring it guest speakers and are very big on no solicitation from guests since we’ve all been to those awkward sales pitchy meetups your mentioned.

Lawrence G, you will probably meet Brian Lucier, the head of the Northern Worcester County Landlord Assn at the Worcester Black Diamond meeting in April, and he is our speaker at the May Worcester event.

I hope to be a guest speaker on there some time very soon sir.

We taught auto-responders, deal analysis, due-diligence , top mistakes, raising private capital, branding, website design, and tons more… I’m an electrical engineer - not a motivational speaker.

We will have pizza and socialization time at 5:30, then a speaker at 6pm. 

I ran the list by the head of the (MCAD) Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and the Junkyard Dog of Eviction Attorneys, both speakers at our monthly meetings.
