BP is a social site and an internet business, I'm here everyday just trying to shine a little light on the dark sides of real estate, I'll say too there is a lot of cognitive bias on the part of readers being told what they don't want to hear, it's a public forum so be very careful who you listen to.Learn real estate before trying to deal in real estate.

It lets the rest of the readers know that others agree without having to read the rest of the posts.

What are good, current resources (I'm a reader, so please no videos) for learning about mobile home investing?  

I came across something worth sharing - using a Johnson Box to get your quick message across to the recipients of your direct mail campaign (letters, postcads...etc)A Johnson Box is a box usually at top that contains the key message you're getting across - it could be a "We buy houses, Call us" or "Call me to get added to our buyers list"...etcThe key concept is that messages stick out and grab the readers' attention when placed in a box, a bigger font, a different color.

I've been a reader of bigger pockets for a while now but am just getting serious about getting started in real estate.
