(not saying one way or not) and there is uncertainty ahead along with LONG overdue for recession.So I think waiting to look at a ton of properties offered by a TK provider to see what  their average offering is, learn the local market, and only put in offers at the BEST 10% of what they are offering (those deals you will end up losing because someone else will grab them.
