Hello BP and Thank You!

I've been on here for months just kicking around absorbing as much as possible in the shadows. So maybe I'm a little over due for introduction.  The time for undercover research has past. We are now in the action phase!

The plan is simple....buy/hold and cashflow.  I'm currently a truck driver so time is at a premium.  However, I felt the buy/hold strategy would at least get me in the game. To that point, I have one property right now, a 2 bedroom/2 bath condo, that I am stubbornly/foolishly holding on to that led me to BP to start.  Now I want to experience a winning deal and get more experience.

Looking forward to continuing my education, networking, and building a business. Hopefully, that will lead to working with a few you in the near future in other areas of real estate.
