Hi Fellow BPers,I am currently on the hunt for alternative funds of financing to help scale my rental property portfolio in Cleveland.I used Chemical Bank for traditional financing on a 3 bed 1 bath ranch that is producing great numbers for and want to continue buying properties like that in a consistent matter without having to wait until i replenish my funds.

Foundation Questions: Brick and Trees right on sides of the house

Foundation repairs vary and the trees may not be damaging the foundation, but you could call and see how much to cut down a tree...if they can cut it low you can just use chemicals to kill the stump and let it rot.

Consider finding a house with a newer roof and siding especially in Rochester with the harsh winters as those surfaces weather much faster than other areas of the country.

I learned that I was o.k budgeting and managing my low income but I actually became better at especially since it so low, I only spend when I really need to and track everything that goes out and also started setting aside for emergency or unexpected events that might occur Most Importantly I learned that people are in their situation because they want to this might seem a little harsh because I don't know everyone situation except for those close to me and the people I interact with.
