These programs that are intended to estimate rehab costs are often using outdated material and labor costs or are overly restrictive in how the rooms are grouped (value, quality or luxury). 

Also, knocking on doors (aka "driving for dollars") is an outdated way of doing this and honestly isn't worth your time.

The one I have is a bit outdated.
