Hello @Rasheed-mass Ali,For my mtr office I have the following:-Good sized desk with two or more drawers -Computer chair (rated for seating 6-8 hours)-Chair mat- Desk lamp with phone charging hub (mine offers wireless charging, but there are some that can plug a USB charger)- Pens, notedpad, scissors (I.e basic office supplies)- High speed WiFi (I offer hard wired high speed internet with an Ethernet cable, and the combo modem/router let’s them connect all of their devices)-Make sure that there are plenty of electrical outlets for your guests to plug devices into.Cheers,Melissa 

New panel, all new outlets, all new light fixtures, and some new wiring.

They are usually located in malls or in large strip mall / outlets areas. 

There has been electrical Updates including a new panel, new wiring, new outlets and new plumbing everything looks to be in great functioning order but this work has been non-permitted, I am wondering if I will have any problems when I try to go and sell the home by owner. 

And I was thinking a cost effective way to heat the basement during the winter times would be to buy a bunch of these Econohome 250 Watt Wall Heater Panels that cost around $100 each and plug into an outlet in my basement.

Most of my friends who are in a similar place have moved from the city and I’m missing that outlet.

Bathroom also got a separate 12 gauge wire for the dedicated outlet that's gfci protected now.
