then find out where they live, preferences to school. ex. they work in city but live in suburb because there are public transport or the commute is good.as a first timer, i would prefer a couple/family because i got burnt by a random 3 girls that never met, and a bachelor that had no roots and can up and leave.once you find that niche, buy it at good price and location location location.

If it doesn't work out, she'll probably find a new guy (or him a new girl) and the new bf/gf isn't going to want them living with their exes, so it'll work itself out for you.. 

So quit acting like a little girl and explain YOUR figgers.

As a college student, I can tell you the most important aspects when I was looking for a house were walkability to campus and High Street, not that close to Weinland Park (not the best for safety), PARKING (my landlord repaved our parking spots and added two more in our alley which was absolutely huge for sharing a house with 5 other girls), and rent of course which will range anywhere from $500-$900/month with some outliers and based on location.

And if a girl is willing to take him back as soon as he is released, I have to question her judgment.The percentage of criminals that get right back into crime upon release is extremely high.
