I have outgrown Excel for bookkeeping and although would love a cloud based program, after comparing applications have decided on QB desktop.Which version should I purchase?

I don't believe it offers much protection if an attorney starts digging.However if there aren't obvious assets the hope is that an ambulance chaser looking to try to get a settlement on a frivolous lawsuit isn't going to put much effort into doing this when they don't see the pot of gold.

If it's a steal of a deal, make sure you cloud the title to protect yourself!

You could use Roofstock Cloud which is a free web based analyzing tool.

AFter reviewing some of the options, I think I may have a decent recommendation to just go with the Cloud-based packages as these seem to have the most options as well as satisfy all the specified requirements, except for being cloud-based.

Cloud, close but luckily not in the historic district.

Google drive has in it google sheets google docs and google forms, This is cloud based.

This redemption would cancel the tax deed and allow the owner to sell the property (assuming there were no other clouds on the title).  

Tenant cloud is a free option for up to 75 units and that's on my list to check out too. 

AND if he does find an ambulance chaser, or one of those free "eviction project" kid attorney's, the first thing they're going to ask for is where is the proof of harassment?
