My point is if your realtor is resisting putting in an offer then you should look to find a Realtor that is Investor Friendly.

It's more recession resistant and you're making a lot more than traditional rentals.

I say its because I've been to the bottom of the well and while everyone else thought it was dried up, I'm still able to draw water against resistance.

But when I ask questions about their status, it’s met with resistance.

REMEMBER: persistence beats resistance!!

A more vague resistance I have to this idea is that they appear to rely solely on finding unrepresented buyers.
