What's up all? My name is Max Mitchell. I am a newbie (except for a few birddog deals within the last few years) that is primed and ready to fill up my pockets and others' with CASH. There is an influx of foreclosures in my hometown. Many homeowners, however, believe that the money to cover arrears will fall from the sky 1 hour before the sherriff's sale. :protest: There's money to be made here in La. And I will be making it soon!!! My first and foremost method of investing is Sub2 and Straight Options, that way I could project a 10k minimum profit per deal. I wish everyone the most success in their REI careers. REMEMBER: persistence beats resistance!!
