Conversely, if you were in a community with a shrinking/failing economy (take a drive down Digby Neck to the islands), then your tenant pool is going to deteriorate over time and your economic vacancy and maintenance costs are going to increase.

Most county Assessors office will have aerials.. along with mapping companies.In our neck of the woods were the timber industry is huge we have GREAT aerials avalaible in many places but the counties all have them and many have the tax maps superimposed on the aerials so you can see lot lines.
