Hi my name is Joe and I'm an investor nationwide and some times doing brokerage in shopping centers NNN,retail,strip centers etc... Also i have bought some (not to much) office buildings, and multi family 500 units and up(but i don't like it because of the hassle and work,time that is involved)

I found this site a while ago But didn't have a chance to spend here some time
