@John MoreyI think those 3 are a bit of an apples-to-oranges comparison.Nearly every credit report uses data from all or some of the Big 3 credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian & TransUnion).Of the 3 you mentioned only one of them (as far as I know) is directly affiliated with a major credit bureau TransUnion (SmartMove).Of the 3 major credit bureaus I personally think that TransUnion has the best information, service and people in the industry.For these reasons our company decided to partner with them.  

Most of the data that you need can be found through the Bureau of Labor Statistics and the U.S.

I'd specifically ask what options the bank might have to extend business credit to an enterprise such as mine.I did exactly this back in the early 2000s with First Union Bank (now part of Wells Fargo) and secured a mid-five-figure business LOC.

The last check is bureau of workers comp...to make sure he has a policy and drug free safety in place. 

You also see the other way -- someone shuts down ABC Ventures Inc, and forms two new entities: XYZ Enterprise LLC and ABC LP.

Prequalification from any other source must include, but is not limited to: review of a credit bureau report for credit worthiness, review of bank statements for verification of sufficient funds required for down payment and closing costs, review of most recent pay check stubs for year-to date income verification, and maximum loan qualification based on monthly income to debt ratios.

If you want to write lowball offer after lowball offer, then you should pay the agent to do so, because they really aren't your real estate agent anymore, they are an acquisition employee in your enterprise.
