We tried getting them to look at 1-2 more buildings with a similar height profile in other areas but nothing panned out, probably because surrounding buildings were mostly just as tall or they already had good coverage.

@Sant LiI’ve personally worked in several apartment complexes in Austin with these type of units they’re called fur down units by first CoFrom experience I think they are very reliable of course if installed right, the most common issues I’ve found with them is the drain getting plugged up and overflowing the drain pan which will mess up your ceiling.

If you have some discrepancies about a business partner, maybe do a few smaller deals with them and see if those pan out. other wise keep it to yourself and make your own money.
