After he moved out, the landlord installed a carpet (none had existed before) that helped reduce the noise of footsteps and other sounds immensely when the next neighbor moved in.It's best when stereo speakers are kept off the floor.

I have tenants who just moved into my condo and are requesting compensation for: (1) repainting (I had to repaint a wall in a different color than they originally saw when I took down my speakers); (2) loud bathroom fans in each bathroom; (3) Ceiling fans that are outdated but functional; (4) wall wiring so that their t.v. does not reveal the wires; (5) fridge filter which admittedly was old and they noted that my flooring has a soft spot but did not request replacement (yet!).

.- The person with the need for a Companion Animal can get a recommendation from almost anyone, and Landlords are not able to deny that accommodation.Those are just a few, I know there is more I'm missing from my notes, but this gives a little more information to look into.As per the speaker at the seminar; however, we have 2 rights, or reasons, that we can deny Companion Animals: 1.

I went to a REIA meeting a couple years ago when a Cook County Housing Authority person was the main speaker, I vaguely remember that they do something with the utilities in the math, but I don't know what.
