Again, I agree not to approach a friend who cannot afford to lose the money, but if you have a friend or family that would help with cash, it tends to be lowest hanging fruit.

Basically, if you have good saving you better search great markets with rent/P.Price is great (about >1% of the purchase price). saying "My Market" would not be fruitful as the opportunity for BRRRR is dynamic.
