One has a finished garage (with apartment over) that we converted into a 1100 sq.ft. mancave/arcade--three full size arcade machines, pool table, fooseball, air hockey, 70 in tv and lounge space. 

Usually 50-100 pumps, large shower facilities, electric hookups, full dining services, grocery/convenience store, slot machines, outside and inside seating area, truckers lounge, etc.  

I started wholesaling with the goal of creating a machine that located discount real estate opportunities and allowed me to cherry pick the best deals for other strategies and wholesale everything else.

Interesting to hear your experience, I actually just switched to prop stream away from deal machine because I found the data in propstream to be superior.

The cost to rent those machines isn't much given how much it will save instead of doing mold remediation and just peace of mind of knowing you don't have mold growing.

Hello Everyone,My wife and I jsut bought a 3 bedroom cabin from Avery's team at the Short Term Shop, and are very excited to take over a cabin that was poorly run, and turn this thing into a cash machine!

I had a perspective tenant who I was just about ready to sign a lease with ask me to put in writing that if the washing machine broke I would pay for a laundry service until it was fixed.

I don't think twice about replacing a washing machine for instance. ).

This is on top of another invoice they sent us in January for $500 for a washing machine leakage that they said they made a mistake and voided it.
