Propstream Skip Trace sucks

I do not recommend Propstream for Skip Tracing. They don't do it in house so some 3rd party vendor does it. The % of records that come back with actual numbers is very very low. So if you run a search for say 5000 records on PS and you eliminate the LLC's and corporations from that search, then run that through their skip trace service don't expect to get back any more than around 650 numbers. Anyone else have better luck with another skip tracing company?

Have not been very impressed with Propstream. I had an account with them back in 2019 and it was great, I reactivated my account this month and it was worse. Other services have improved over time but it seems propstream has not. So I'm not surprised that skiptracing is less than optimal. I am using Property Radar right now. Website is pretty archaic but right now I'm finding pretty good success. Haven't tried their skip tracing but I'd imagine it'll fair better. I've heard good things about DealMachine?
