The houses I own pay my airplane tickets and hotel rooms when I take vacations or attend seminars, cover my utilities costs, buy my clothes, pay my internet bill, cover my phone bill, and buy the gas for my car.

In your posts you come across as a kind of go to the 7-11 and get a Big Gulp and burrito for lunch kind of guy (nothing wrong with that, most everyone likes soda and burritos) vs table cloths and 3 forks.I remember you once said you learned this business from your Grandfather.Did he pass his properties to you?

:)   I'm stubborn I really want FL  I want to eventually live in florida part time  but what I keep being told is everyone is heading to NC more bang for your buck  I think,  and I would like to say I did have other interests in my life besides realestate but until I reach my first goal I have no other maybe a little yoga. 

Instead of buying new clothes, buy a bunch of business cards and pass them out and keep in contact with people and be consistent.

How can a Hundred Clothing Stores make more money being in the same building then separate buildings?

With covid , supply and labor shortages , prices and completion dates on longer projects are not feasible .The clothes they are wearing ?  

You know during the gold rush days the main winners were the guys selling the tools and clothes. 

Wake, make bed, brush teeth, light yoga/meditation. 

Treating them good is: nice Christmas bonuses, lunch on the boss for their birthdays or after they made you some good money on a hard job and give them a gift card to buy new Carhart winter clothes every fall.
