General consensus around here that I have seen is that:Buy and hold guys don't want the liability of a tenant getting sick or claiming to get sick from exposure to some area that missed treatment, or the soil in the yard if it has some unknown contamination.And flippers aren't willing to gamble that they got it waaay low enough to take the back end discount that they will need to likely take to get a end buyer to purchase.That is what I've seen pretty much every time this question has been posed in the past.

The one I’m looking at is 5.44 acre the next lot is 6.44 acre for sale for 49,440 the third lot is not for sale and the owners of the property for sale have a house at the end of the driveway .with that being said if I made any since of it at all It’s been on the market 1 week concerned that $44,440 is to much seeing it for sale in 2010 for $25,800 and 2011 for $25,800 ConsOne drive off main road have to get rights to drive way for lifetime There are restrictions but not bothering me Pros city water at main drive electric is at the main drive Seller is getting it soil tested septic approved and paying for it

I called back and he simply didn't pick up whatsoever.Contacted contractor #2 and this time I was given a quote of $1000 to repair this issue with my bathroom, also found out contractor #2 was not licensed which led me to terminate I contacted contractor #3 to get a quote as well and this quote came out to $6300 due to the bathroom in my condo not being built to Sandy Springs, GA code.
